My journey into property started on national TV — pitching to investors on Sky’s Property Elevator as the youngest participant the show’s seen. Since then, I’ve been deep in the game: sourcing off-market deals, analysing development sites, and building relationships with serious investors and developers.
I’ve raised JV funding, structured deals with international equity partners, and learned how to assess planning risk, viability, and construction timelines — not in a classroom, but by doing the work. I’ve come close on major schemes, built an off-market pipeline, and continue to refine the systems behind it all — including AI tools that automate sourcing, analysis, and investor outreach.

With over 7 years in the residential property industry, I’ve delivered multiple multi-million-pound housing projects from start to finish. My work spans everything from site sourcing and planning to construction and final handover — always with a focus on unlocking value and delivering high-quality homes.
I’ve managed the full lifecycle of residential schemes, working closely with architects, planners, contractors, and funders to bring developments to life. Every project has sharpened my approach — balancing risk, design, and commercial outcomes to get the best out of each site.
